NAPIER SEWERAGE SCHEME
NAPIER, 4tli February. Polling took place to-day in connection with proposals to borrow £12,000 to complete the borough sewerage schemey and £25,000 for improvements to M'Lean and Nelson Parks. A umall proportion of ratepayers recorded their votes. Both proposals were carried.
