The committee ol the Shakespeare Tercentenary Memorial has decided to endeavour to raise t £25,000 for establishing a Shakespeare library wing at the Public Library, with a statue or bust, and a hall for dramatic representations, and to give prizes for encouraging the study of Shakespeare among the young.
