'\ GREYMOUTH, 3rd February. The Magistrate's Court was ' occtif ied all -the afternopti; in hearing a' case against three {.assive resisterg-^-John M'Taxgart, R". , J. Wearne, and Jas. Niittall'— for obstructing .Mawhera-quay' by an address on anti-militarism on 25th January. They had blocked' the . traffic for an hour. A point raised by the defence was whether the obstruction had been caused ,by > the;' defendants or the crowd. The Magistrate Preserved 'decision.
