DIVORCE CASE (BT TELEGRAM — FBESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, This Day. At t{he Supreme Court, Robert Coe applied for a divorce from Mary Jane Coe, alleging misconduct with Peter Riley. The wife came to thd Dominion as an assistant immigrant. A decree nisi was granted and damages, £250, .against the co-respondent Riley, petitioner getting the custody of the children. The case was Undefended.
