Messrs. A. L. Wilson and Co. advertisp several auction sales. On Wednesday at their rooms. 261, Brandon-street, they will hold their weekly sale of furniture, pianos, etc., commencing at 1.30 p.m. On Tuesday at 12.30 p.m., they will sell furniture on behalf of Mrs. Lachman, at 77, Webb-street. On Wednesday, 12th February, at noon, they will hold a sale of properties at their rooms, 26, Brandon-street, comprising two houses in the estate of Jesse Huett, one situated at Mulgrave-stveet, having a frontage of 24ft by 95ft, with a scvou-roonied house, nnd the other, situated at Kenwyn-terrace, 58ft 6in by 92ft Bin, with a seven-roomed house thereon. They will also submit a property in Lloyd-street, under instructions frotr the executors of the late Ellen Mary Adams, being a six roomed cottage property, the land being 33ft x 90ft. A corporation lease will be offered, under instructions from Mr. John Danks, comprising his interpst in section No. 103, situated in Brandon-street, having a frontage of 35ft by 85ft, with a shop and factoiy erected thereon, and occupied by S. Hanks and Sons. Messrs J. 11. Bethune and Co on Tuesday next, .at 2 p.m., their rooms, arc holding a sale of furniture. On Wednesday, 19th, at 2.30 p.m., at their rooms, under instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court, they will sell three properties at Petone These comprise three sections of land in Manchester' street, each 43ft by 131 ft, with the sixroomed dwellings thereon, Nos. 18, 20, and 22. The firm insert an amended list of business and residential properties which they have on their books for private sale, also a number of houses to let, both furnished and unfurnished, oiucqs, and store-room accommodation. Messrs. E. Johnston and Co. will hold a sale of furniture at No. 33 Douglasstreet (off Tasman-street). on Monday at 11 a.m. On Tuesday, at 2 p.m , at No. 26. M'Donald-crescen't, they will sellfiunishings. On Wednesday the firm will hold their weekly sale of furniture in their rooms, commencing at 1.30. On the same day, at 2.30, they will hold a sale of office furniture. On Thuisday, at 2 o'clock, they will sell a sixroomed residence and half an acre of ground, No. 13, Adams-terrace. The firm will also sell the whole of the furniture. On Friday, at 1.30, at No. 9, Alpha-street, they will hold a sale of furniture, piano, etc., on account of Mrs. C. J. Smith. Messrs. Karcourt and Co. advertise a sale by auction, to be held at their looms, 195. Lambton-quay. on Friday next, at 2.30 p.m., when a- freehold corner block of land, having frontages to Haukey-street, Wallace-street, and Bid-will-street, No. 684, will be submitted. The land has upon it an eleven-roomed house, No. 2. Bidw ill-street, and a fourroomed cottage, No. 14. Hankey -street. This firm also insert an amended selection of houses for sale by pri\ ate treaty, or. to be let Uunished and unfurnished, in Wellington and suburbs. Messrs. Laery and Co., Ltd., will sell at the Fruit Exchange on Monday, at 11 a.m., contents of a baker's shop; also hor.se and trap.
