At yesterday's meeting of the Wellington Collego Board of Governors, there wero present— Messrs. R. Leo (in the chair), W. 11. P. Barber, 1\ Waiburton, and Miss Richmond. The credit balance- m the bank stands at £2329 16-i 2d, and .yhen outstanding fees como in it will be increased to £2587 6s lid. Payments ha^c yet to be made of £455 6s 6cl for tho Wellington Boyo' College, and £356 10s 3d for the Girls' College. Fees outstanding amount to £189 4s 9d.
