CONTROL OF COMPANIES. By Telegraph,— trees Association,— Copyright, LONDON, 30th January. - Arrangements have been concluded by which the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company will represent the Cunard Company's interests in India, 'the Far East, and Australia, snd the Cnnard will represent the P. and O. Company in the United States and Canada. These arrangements are supposed to have originated through the unfounded amalgamation rumours.
