NAVAL ESTIMATES
INCREASE OF TWO MILLIONS. By Telepaph.— Press Association.— Copyright, LONDON, 30th January, It is expected that the Naval Estimates will show an increase of two millions over those of last y«ar, which totalled £44,085,400, a decrease of £307,100 on the preceding year. MALAY STATES' GIFT WARSHIP. (Received January 31, 10.40 a.m.) LONDON, 30th January. In the House of Commons, Mr. Winston Churchill, First Lord of the Admiralty, in reply to Mr. Bertram Falle (Unionist) said the warship to be given by the Malay States to the British Navy had already been commenced.
