The British tennis team gave an exhibition farewell match here, which they won by six rubbers to nil. Lowe beat ODea, 7-5, 5-2; Dixon beat Thomsa, 6-3, 4-6, 6-3; Beamieh beat Bowen, 6-4, 6-2, 6-2; Parke beat Taylor, 6-4, 6-2, 6-0 ; Dixon and Lowe beat Thomas and ODea, 4-6, 7-5, 6-4; Parke and Beamish beat Taylor and Bowen, 6-4, 6-3, 6-4. Extra sets were played owing to it being merely an exhibition game. The Englishmen ' joined the iMaloja, Homeward bound.
