Education and Labour, and he also acts as Colonial Trea.Burer during Mr. Watt's absence in England. Other portfolios have beeij rearranged. Mr. Bilson is to be Minister/ of Railways, Mines, and Forests, and Mr. Murray acts as Leader of the Government and Chief Secretary.
