RIFLE SHOOTING

KARORI CLUB. The Karori Rifle Club will' continue its 'series of competitions to-morrow with a ten-shot match at 900 and 1000 yards, concluding the long-range aggregate competition for the season. At present the leading positions are held by' Rifleman G. Tinney and President- H. Marshall, the former being one poyit ahead. Among handicap men, the following are leading in the long-range competition :—-Rifleman J. J. C«ssells 226, Rifleman A. C. Maisdy 204, Rifleman G. Jones 193,' Rifleman A. Guise 177, and Rifleman W Chirnside 172.
