Any notice sent by post shall bo deemed to have been served on tho day following that on which the envelope or wrapper , containing' the same is posted, and in proving such service it shall be sufficient to prove that the envelope— or wrapper— containing the notice was properly addressed and put into the .post office. And a certificate in writing, signed lay any Manager, Seoretary, or other Officer of the. Company, that, the envelope or wrapper containing the notice was bo addressed and posted shall be conclusive evidence thereof. SHOULD the above Resolutions,, or any of Ihem, be passed by, the required majirity, they will be submitted for confirmation to a. meeting subsequently ,convened, of which notice will be duly giveh.
