MOVING TOWARDS THE CAPITAL. CONCENTRATION^! 1 CASABLANCA (Received April 25, 9 a.m.) Px\RIS,, 24th April. The Government hae hastily despatched a flying column towards Fez. It is composed entirely of French and Algerian troops from the Shawia country. It will be followed by Moroccan Mehalla from the Shawia tribe, with French officers and French Artillery. Another force of 10,000 infantry and 2000 cavalry is concentrated at Caeablanca to protect communications.
