LABOUR PROCESSION. .
EIGHT HOUR CELEBRATIONS IN MELBOURNE. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. MELBOURNE, 24th April. Fine weather prevailed for the eighthour procession, the route being densely lined with people. Seventeen neV unions participated, and there was an excellent display of emblematic designs, intermixed " with many large posters urging the electors to vote "Yes on the referenda. The procession took an hour and a quarter to pass a given point.
