LONDON, 22nd April. Copra. — The copra market is active Bagged South Sea copra is quoted at £21 to £21 7s 6d, compared with £30 12s 6d a fortnight ago. Wheat.— Two Australiaai cargoes sold at 34b 3d and 34-b l^d respectively. A carg-o for three ports, tqtalling 14-,000 bushels of April shipment, and a Victorian April shipment, ex steamer, of 5500 bushels sold at 34b. , Hemp.— The hemp market is quiet, April-June shipments being Quoted at £20 a drop of 10s in a fortnight. Cotton. — This Liverpool quotation for middling Upland cotton is 23i' points higher at 7.78 id per Ib. Rubber.— Fine hard Para rubber is quoted at 5s 3d, compared with 5s lOid To 6s per Ib. Babbits. — The rabbit market is flat, large Sydneys, ex fitore; being 13s 9d; young, 9s; large Melboumes, 12tf 6d.
