All parts of thn Empire will be sym' bolised on the Coronation stole to be worn by the King— lndia by a lotus, Canada by a* maple leaf, Australia by the Southern Cross, Now Zealand by a group of stars, and South Africa by the wattle. HOLIDAYS IN NEW SOUTH WALES. (Received April 22, 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. . . The 22nd June has been appointed a public holiday in honour of the Coronation. There will be no bank holiday on the Princo of Wales's Birthday, but 22nd August will be made a bank holiday instead.
