UNABLE TO REACH FEZ.
SULTAN OF MOROCCO'S ARMY. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. TANGIER, 21st April. The Sultan's army in the Sherarda district is unable to reach Fez. The troops are in a pitiable condition owing to floods and the difficulty of securing food and fodder. Many of the horses are dying. Letters from Fez, dated 12th April, report that constant fighting is going on, and that anxiety is felt for the fate of the European colony.
