A telegram received here from Scutari, Turkey, reports that sanguinary conflicts have taken place between Albanians and Turkish regulars in the Kaetrali district. Unconfirmed reports are ■Eo fne effect that during the fighting 1500 were killed and §00 wounded. To which side the advantage, if any, went has not been stated.
