Sir George Woodman, chairman of the Aliens' Boajd, says that while Mr. Churchill's new Aliens Bill is an imp ovement on the old one, he considers that, in view of the poverty and misery in England, aliens should not be admitted at all. He said he objected to wretched aliens doing the work that Englishmen ought to have.
