HEARTBURN AND INDIGESTION.

Heartburn is a symptom of Indigestion, and consists of a most distressing and gnawing pain in the stomach, often with sour, acid belchings, nausea, and fainting. When the food is only partially digested, it gives rise to an accumulation ot wind or gas generated from the excess of acidity from the imperfectly-digested food. To overcome this complaint, you should eat sparingly of plain digestible foods, and take a course of Dr. Morse's Indian Root Pills which will strengthen the digestive organs, and remove alt acidity from the stomach These pills do not merely alleviate the trouble, but get at the cause, and thus permanently overcome the trouble. Mrs. S. Stuart, No. 1, Elizabeth-street, Wellington, writes.: "I have much pleasure in testifying to the wonderful curative power of Dr. Morse's Indian Root PilK For some considerable time I Buttered from Indigestion and Biliousness, which caused me much distress. I tried many remedies, but did not get any permanent relief until I started using Dr. Morse's Indian Root Pills, which have proved wonderfully effectual, and I never have the slightest of attacks. My husband, also, speaks highly of them aS a splendid laxative and blood purifier, and we always keep a bottle in the house and take them when required. "—Advt.
