CRICKET.
The match between teams from the offices of the New Zealand Herald and The Dominion was concluded on the Basin Reserve yesterday. The Wellington men won by 63 runs. In their first innings the victors made 55, and in their second 92 (Weston 28, and Spence 14). O'Connor took thrse. wickets for 15 runs, Birch three for 21, and Clark two for 18. The Aucklanders, who had made 25 in their first innings, ran up 54 when they again went to the wickets (Hoare 14, and O'Connor 10). Maysmor took five wickets for 10 rune, Weston three for 16, and Kinnear two for 15.
