The Canterbury Jockey Club's Autumn Meeting was concluded at Riccarton today in fine weather, the track showing considerable improvement on yesterday's condition. .The attendance was good, and there wae a marked increase in the totalkator investmente, the amount for the day being £16,818, as against £12,180 on the second day last year, tbe aggregate for the meeting being £38,628, as compared with £25,559 last year! Nineteenth Challenge Stakes, of 750 fiovs ; seven furlongs. — Counterfeit, 7.6 1 ; Madam Madcap, 9.2, 2 ; Tannhausar^ 7.1, 3. Also started — Bandiera 6.10. Time, lmin 276ec. Templeton Handicap, of 300 soys ; six furlonge. — Formless 8.3, 1; Obsono, 9.9, 2; Gold Lace, 9.7, 3.
