AUCTION AND PROPERTY SALES
Messrs. A. L. Wilson and Co. will hold a sale of household furniture, including piano, pianola and records, and a full-sized Alcoek billiard table, being the contents of ten completely furnished rooms at the residence of Mr. C. M. Montefior'e, who has left for Sydney. The sale will be held to-morrow at ' 1 o'clock sharp. On Friday, at the yards next to the Public Trustee Office, they will sell a quantity of surplus timber and building plant; the sale is to commence at 10.30. In the afternoon, at 1.30 p.m., at the residence, 18, Austinstreet, the complete contents of six rooms will be offered, including a large quantity of linen. To-morrow, at 2 p.m., Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co. will sell at the residence, corner South-terrace and Kel-burne-parade, under instructions from Mr. R. Nitz, who is leaving for Hawkes Bay, his household furniture and appointments. Amongst the articles to be submitted are drawing-room suite of 7 pieces, dining-room -suite of 9 pieces, tea tables, hall-stand, carpets, bedroom furniture, beds and bedding. Messrs. Harcourt and Co. will sell tomorrow, at 2.30. at their rooms, the privileges in connection with the Wellington Racing Club's autumn meeting. Messrs. T. Kennedy Macdonald, Limited, insert particulars in our auction columns of a sale of building material to be held at Dymock and Co.'s late premises. Waterloo-quay, on Friday, commencing at 1.30 o'clock, including 600 sheets heavy galvanised iron, 15,000 ft T and G* flooring, and 20,000 i bricks. i
