TWENTY-ONE PERSONS DROWNED. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. MADRID, 18th April. The steamer San Fernando sank off Cape Finisterre, twenty-one persons being drowned. [The San Fernando, owned by F. Suarez, of Huelva, Spain, was an iron vessel of 1888 tons groes, built in 1879 by M. Pearee and Co., Stockton.]
