Replying to a question in the House of Commons, Mr. Winston * Chui-chill, Home Secretary, said that the reprieve of Stinie Morrison, sentenced to death for the murder on Clapham Common, on New Year's Day, of Leon Beron, a French Jew, did not imply any doubt regarding the prisoner's • guilt or the Tightness of the verdict.
