The ketch Lizzie Taylor, which left Timaru on Thursday, and which arrived id the stream yesterday morning, commenced discharging her load of produce at the Customhouse-quay Breastwork this morning. From Wellington the vessel will go to Havelock to load timber for Timaru. KERBHANA'B EXPECTED ARRIVAL. The Nerehana, from Liverpool, left Auckland at 7.30 a.m. yeuterday, and should arrive at Wellington to-morrow morning. The vessel hat cargo to put out at Lyttelton and Dunedin al&o. BOUND FROM ST. JOHN. The New Zealand Shipping Company's chartered steamer Invertay, whicli is due at Weir lington about the 29th April fiom St. John, New Brunswick, has arrived at Melbourne. Auckland will be her first New Zealand port j of call. AMOKURA SHELTERING. j On account of the heavy weather on the East Coast, the Amokura was sheltering at Te Araroa yesterday. The ship will eon- ■ sequently not ' arrive at Wellington .before to-morrow evening at the earliest. ARRIVAL OF TAINUI. * The Shaw, Savill, and Albion liner Tainui arrived in the stream at 4.20 a.m. to-day from London via Plymouth, Teneriffe, Capetown, and Hobart. and berthed at the Queen's Wharf at 8.40 o'clock. The vessel sailed from London on the 2nd March and Plymouth two days later. Teneriffe was left on the 9th March, and the voyage was continued from Capetown on the 25th March. The Tainui left Hobart on the 14th April. Fine weather was experienced on the whole of the voyage. Passengers landed at Wellington numbered : 7 first-class; 20 becond-class ; and 212 thirdclass. Captain, Moffatt has with him the following officers : — Mr. J. Bosdet, first officer, Mr. C. B. Foseley second, Mr. J. Wilson third, and Mr. H. R. Gordon fourth ; Mr. Ceo. Greeahill is chief engineer, and Mr. D. Wynd second ; Dr. A. C. C. Lawrence, surgeon. Leaving Wellington this afternoon for Nelson, New Plymouth, and Onehunga, the Rosamond will omit her call hi Picton. The chartered barque Ariel is expected to leave Wellington to-morrow for Dunedin with the balance of her cargo from Liverpool. After discharging there, the vessel will sail for Surprise Islind to load guano for Dunedin. The scow Magic, which arrived in stream on Sunday from Gisborne, berthed at the breastwork near the Ferry Wharf to-day in ,order to discharge her cargo of maize. For the return trip to Gisborne the l scow will load drain pipes on consignment to the Gisborne Borough Council. The Kaiapoi, which arrived at Wellington yesterday morning from South, with part cargo of coal from Newcastle, and berthed at the Railway Wharf, is expected to get away tomorrow for Greymouth.
