Berlin newspapers are mooting the question of the expediency of bringing the Algeciras 4ct up to date, alleging that it is based on the fiction that the Powers are able to count upon the real sovereignty of the Sultan of Morocco. [In consequence of Germany's dissatisfaction with agreements come to between Britain and France and Spain and France, an international conference met at Algeciras in January, 1906, and the Agreement known as the Algeciras A.cb was signed on 7th April of tho same year.]
