ST. VITUS' DANCE AFTER A FRIGHT.

At times I could not hold a cup of tea or even a spoon ; down, they would go, crash. Even to hold a needle was then beyond me. My speech was quite indistinct — at times I would mumble and hesitate and could hardly get the words out. I could hardly da-re to go out by myself ; I would fall right down.
