U.S. DEMOCRATIC CAUCUS.
RECIPROCITY BILL TO BE PUT THROUGH UNALTERED. WASHINGTON, 12th April. The Democratic caucus, which now controls the House of Representatives, has decided to pass the Reciprocity Bill first, and later to pass a Bill amending the tariff so that farmers' necessities will be placed on the free list. Th&> Reciprocity Bill will be put through unaltered.
