The 'final heat of tho Wellington Club's senior pairs was won by A .W. Jackson (stroke) and E. Cairns (bow), who' beat A. 'N". Ma£heson (stroke) and A. Barry (bow) by about two lengths. In the final for the senior sculls, H. M'Kinley beat Mathieson by about two lengths, after a good race.
