ACCORDING TO MR. EUNCIMAN. LONDON, 11th April. Mr. Walter Runciman (President of the Board of Education), in addz^eseing the National Liberal Club on Jhe Veto Bill, said the measure was feiied not for itself, but because it would make possible Home Rule and educational, licensing, and electoral reforms. The laet-named were most feared.
