(ET TELEGRAPH — SPECIAL TO TIES POST.] FEATHBRSTON, 10th April. Shooting at the riflo range on Saturday, C. Nix and W. Wakely, «cr, each scored 99 points out of the possible 105. The former scored 32 at 500 yds, 34 at 600, and 33 at 709, and the latter 33 at 500, 34 at 600, and 32 at 700. At "Rototawai," Kahutara, on Saturday, Mr. Foster Yelverton was presented with a substantial cheque by the Eettlers in appreciation of his conduct as driver of tho Lower Valley coach. Mr. Geo. Hume L made the^presentation.
