NEW PLYMOUTH. 10th April. Matters continue satisfactory at the petroleum bore% two of the wells* continuously running oil. A camera club is being formed in connection with the photography classes at the New Plymouth Technical College. TIMARU, 10th April. During the last two months fortyihree building permits were issued for buildings estimated to cost £16,550. The contemplated" further loans of £50,000 can be added te the present loan debt of £170,000 without increasing the rates.
