News from the province of Yemen (Southern Arabia), where there has for some months been more or less heavy fighting between, rebellious Arabs and Turkish troops, states that the troops have succeeded in relieving Sanaa, the capital town. [As a strategic point, Sanaa commands the whole of the south-west of Arabia. The rebels have been besieging the town since the middle of February, and previous efforts to raise the siege have resulted in Turkish reverses at various points.]
