Sept., 1 865, file his petition under the said Act in the Supremo Court, at Wellington ; and that the said Court has appointed Thursday, the 4th day of January next, at 11 o'clock, at the Grand Jury Room, in the Supreme Court Home, Wellington, for a meeting of his creditors, and Monday, the 15th day of January next, at 10 o'clock, for the hearing of the said Petitioner.
