In the Matter of the Petition of Benjamin Smith, of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand, Architect ; and in the Matter of "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862 ;" and in the Matter of the " Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865." •VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the J}{ said Benjamin Smith did, on the 12th day of October last, present his petition praying for the sequestration of his estate for the benefit of all his creditors, and for relief according to the provisions of the said Act j and that the said petition has been acoepted by his Honor Mr. Justice Johnston -, and that Wednesday, the Third day of January next, is appointed for a meeting of Creditors of the said Petitioner, to tie held at the Grand Jury Room, at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, aforesaid, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon ; and also that on Monday, the Fifteenth day of January next, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, aforesaid, for the adjourned bearing of the said Petitioner, at which time and place all parties concerned are to attend.
