The Rate will be payable on and after the FIFTH day of DECEMBER next ensuing. By order of the Board, J. B. WALLACE, Clerk to the Commissioners. The Clerk will be in attendance from TEN till FOUR on MONDAY, TUESDAY, and WEDNESDAY in each week, at the Offices of the Board, for the purpose of receiving Rates.
