Bannister, debt £2 5s lOd— judgment for amount with costs Same v. W. Bannister, dtbt £38 8s Bd— judgment for amount and costs. Phelan v. Orr, debt JB3 5s 7d— judgment for amount and costs. Same v. Hebberley, debt j£9 7s 2d — judgment for amount and costs.' Judpe v. Morgan— judgment for 9s 6d, the plaintiff to pay costs. Phelan v. Emilia Gobbey— plaintiff non-. suited.
