SALE OF VALUABLE BUILDING ALLOTMENTS IN THE TOWN OF WELINGTON, NEW ZEALAND. UNDER authority of nn Act Session 111., >o. I<K of the Provincial Council of Wellington, intituled, "Harbor Reserves," and or an Act, Session VIII., No. 3, of the said Provincial Council intituled, " Harbor Reserves Amendment,' 5 and of an Act, Scß«ion XIII., isa. 3, of the said Piovinciiil Council intituled " Reclaimed Land." Notice is hereby given that the allotments of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto annexed, situate in the town of Wellington, will be offered for gale at public aiic ion, at the Odd Fellows' Hall, on WEDNESDAY, the 22nd DAY of MJVEMHEU, 1865, at one, o'clock, p in., at the upset prices affixed in the Schedule. Immediate payment in ensh of one-tenth of the purchase money Bhall be the condition of any such sale by auction, and the remaining nine-tenths of the purchase money must be paid by the purchaser within one calendar month next after the time of such sale by auction, or the one-tenth of the purchase numey which has been deposited wHI be forfeited, and the original contract for the sale of the land will thenceforward be nu 1 ami void. The Government reserves to itself the right of, at any time, withdrawing and altering the size of any of the allotments. Any further conditions will be published on or before the day of sale. Any information may, in the meantime, be obtained at the Office of the Provincial Secretary Wellington. Lithographed maps of the Land for sale, with Schedule of prices attached, may be obtained of Mr. Lyon, Bookseller, Willis street, at the price of one shilling each. A.
