SALE OF VALUABLE BUILDING ALLOTMENTS IN THE TOWN OF WELINGTON, NEW ZEALAND. TTNDER authority of an Act Session 111., (J No. 14, of the Provincial Council of Wellington, intituled, " Harbor Reserves," and of an Act, Session VIII., No. 3, of the said Provincial Council intituled, "Harbor Reserves Amendment," and of an Act, Session XIIL, No. 3, of the said Provincial Council intituled " Reclaimed Land." Notice is hereby given that the allotments of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto annexed, situate in the town of Wellington, will be offered for sale at public auci ion, at the Odd Fellows' Hall, on WEDNESDAY, the 22nd DAY of NOVEMBER, 1865, at one o'clock, p m., at the upset prices affixed in the Schedule. Immediate payment in cash of one-tenth of the purchase money shall be the condition of any such sale by auction, and the remaining nine-tenths of the purchase money must he paid by the purchaser within one calendar month next after the time of such sale by auction, or the one-tenth of the purchase money which has been deposited will be forfeited, and the original contract for the sale of the land will thenceforward be nu>l and void. The Government reserves to itself the right of, at any time, withdrawing and altering the size of any of the allotments. Any further conditions will be published on or before the day of sale. Any information may, in the meantime, be obtained at the Office of the Provincial Secretary Wellington, Lithographed maps of the Land for sale, with Schedule of prices attached, may be obtained of Mr. Lyon, Bookseller, Willis street, at the price of one shilling each.
