SALE OF VALUABLE BUILDING ALLOTMENTS IN THE TOWN OF WELINGTON, NEW ZEALAND. TTNDER authority of nn Act Session 111., U No. 14, of the Provincial Council of Wellington, intituled, " Harbor Reserves," and of an Act, Session V 114., No. 3, of the paid Provincial Council intituled, " Harbor Reserves Amendment," and of an Act, Ses-ion XIII., .No. 3, of the said Provincial Council intituled " Heclaimecl Land." Notice is hereby given that the allotments of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto annexed, situate in the town of Wellington, will be offered for sale at public auoiion, at the Odd Fellows' Hall, on WEDNESDAY, the 22nd DAY of NOVEMBER, 1865, at one o'clock, p.m., at the upset prices affixed in the Schedule. Imiiudiiitn payment in cash of one-tenth of the purcliKSfc! money shall be the condition of any such sale by auction, and the remaining nine-tenths of the purchase money must be paid by the purchaser within one calendar month next after the time of such sale by auction, or the one-tenth of >the purchase money which has been deposited will be forfeited, and the original contract for the sale of the laud will thenceforward be nuil and void. The Government reserves to itself the right of, at any time, withdrawing and altering the size of any of the allotments. Any further conditions will be published on or before the day of sale. Any information may, in the meantime, be obtained at the Office of the Provincial Secretary Wellington. Lithographed maps of the Land for sale, with Schedule of prices attached, may be obtained of Mr. Lyon, Bookseller, Willis street, at the price of one shilling each. A. IT IS NOTIFIED for public information that in the MONTH of JANUARY, 1866, an important auction sale will be held in Wellington of upwards of 5,000 acres, consisting of ; — Town Lots lIV thb Township op Manawatu, situate at Te Awa Hou, the present landing-place for goods, about three miles from the mouth of the River These sections will vary from a quarter acre to one acre. A few Town Lots in the Township of Moutoa, about 12 .miles above the Manawutu Township, and also on the River. Suburban and Small Farm Allotments, in blocks varying from 2to 100 acres. These blocks are adjacent to the two Townships, and are also laid off on either side of the road now in progress to connect the Moutoa with the Manawatu Township, aud on branch lines of road.
