The Nelson Colonist of Friday last says :— The Wallaby arrived last night from the Grey with 7530 ounces of gold. There is no particular news : weather was bad, but the reports of the different gold-fields are encouraging. G-uld is being obtained on the beach at the Grey. The Lyttelton left the Grey the same tide, but had to call into the Buller with a prospecting party of Maoris. We have Hokitika papers of the 17th, but they contain no newa cf nofe.
