Crown Lands Office, Wellington, 11th Sept., 1865. •VTOTICE IS HhRiBY GIVEN, that \S about 19,000 acres of land in the Whareania Block, East Coast, will be put up for sale by public auction, at this office, on Tuesday, the 10th day of October next, at 1 o'clock p.m., at the upset price of 5s per acre, and in allotments varying in size from 170 to 320 acres. For further particulars, see Provincial Government Gazette, No. 22, of 28th June last. A plan of the block, showing the various allotments, are open tor inspection at this ottice. WM.
