Ward, Esq., R.M., George Seymour, Alexander Martin, William Ramsay, Peter Burleigh, and John Myers, %erb \ charged with druukenness,and fined 10s each. -* Thomas Daldy was charged* r With breaking open a door of a dwelling house while under the influence of drink, and fined 10s. The following civil cases were also disposed of : « H. Edmeades v. Augustus lioyle, claim £4 7s 6d— judgment for amount and costs.* Edward Catchpole v. W. F. Strike, claim £27 14s— judgment for £22 14s and costs.
