AMERICA.
The Secretary of the Treasury has dismissed till Government purchasing agents in ; insurrectionary districts. The Judge Advocate of the Military Commission asserted that four of the prisoners were fellow conspirators with Booth, and contended that Davis, Sanders, Tucker, and others planned and assisted in President Lincoln's assassination. Secretary M'Gulloch directed the subordinates in the Southern States, appointed under the late commercial restrictions, to adjust the official business and transfer it to regularly appointed officers. Mr. Trenholtn, the Confederate Secretary of the Treasury, has been released from confinement.
