TCTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the JLi Block of Land contained within the following boundaries, viz. :— North, by John Siieerin's selection of 60 acres, by D. Hughey's and E. and J. Kussells' applications for 5s land in the Hutt District, and by Sections JNos. 63, 56, 37, and 35, in the Upper Mungaroa Bluck ; East, by a line Irom Section No. 35, Upper Mungaroa Block, to Section No. 73, Wainuiomata District ; South- West, by land purchased by H. Sinclair, and thence by a line to the eastern boundary of Section No. 3, Lowry Bay ; and West, by the boundary of W. Fitzherbert's selections, and by Section No. 42, Ilutt District, excepting Sections Mos. 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33, Wainuiomata District— will be open for purchase and seltction at this office on and after Wednesday, the 27th day of September next, under the Land Keguiations of the Province of Wellington. Caution. — Lea and Perrins beg to caution the public against spurious imitations of their celebrated Worcestershire Sauce, L. and P. have discovered that several of the Foreign niarKets have' been supplied with spurious imitations, the labels closely resembling those of the genuine sauce, and in one or more instances the name of L. and P. forged. L. and P. will proceed against any one who may manufacture or vend such imitations, and have instructed their correspondents in the various parts of the world, to advise them of any infringement of their rights. Ask for Lea and Perrins' sauce.
