PUBLIC NOTICE. Crown Lands Office, Wellington, 26th August, 1865. "VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that J.l about 20,600 Acres of Land in the Whareama Block, in the East Coast District, will be put up for sale by public auction, at this office, on Tuesday, the 26th day of September next, at 1 o'clock p.m., at the upset price of 5s per acre, and in allotments varying in size from 138 to 320 acres. Notice is also given, that Sections Nos. 533, 604, and 607, in the Whareama Block, containing about 635 acres, more or less, will be open for purchase and selection, at this office, on and after the said 26th day of September next, under the Land Regulations of the Province of Wellington. For further particulars, see Provincial Government Gazette, No. 28, of 24th August, 1865. A plan of the block, showing the various allotments, is open for inspection at this office. WM.
