Thomas Hymons and William Dixon, seamen, were charged with being drunk, disorderly, and using abusive language, and fined 20u each, with the usual alternative. George James was charged with being drunk, and lined 10s, with the usual alternative. John Lang, for being drnnk and incapable, was reprimanded and discharged. Jonathan Bain field wast charged with ob. Btructing a thorough fare contrary to the Police Town Ordinance, and fined 10s. William Tonics v. Hori Patene Ngapaka.— Claim £14 4s 6d. Judgment by consent. The same v. Paratine Te Where— Claim j£2i 15s lOd, for goods delivered. Judgment for amount and costs.
