"\TOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that all Xl that Block of Land near Masterton, in the Wairarapa District, and bounded as follows, viz., North, by land already open for selection 5 East, by the western boundary of Major Coote's land ; South, by the northern boundary of Richard Kibblewhite's land, and by land already open for selection ; and West, by the Tararua Range, will be open for purchase and selection, at this office, on and after Thursday, the 14th September next, under the Laud Regulations of the Province of Wellington. "VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that jji about 20,600 Acres of Land in the Whareama Block, in the East Coast District, will be put up for sale by public auction, at this office, on Tuesday, the 26th day of September next, at 1 o'clock p.m., at the upset price of 5s per acre, and in allotments varying in size from 138 to 320 acres. Notice is also given, that Sections Nos. 533, 604, and 607, in the Whareama Block, containing about 635 acres, more or less, will be open for purchase and selection, at this office, on and after the said 26th day of September next, under the Land Regulations of the Province of Wellington. For further particulars, see Provincial Government Gazette, No. 28, of 24th August, 1865. A plan of the block, showing the various allotments, is open for inspection at this office. WM. "VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the XI Block of Land contained within the following boundaries, viz. :— North, by John Sheerin's selection of 60 acres, by D. Hughey's and E. and J. Kussells' applications for 5s land in the Hutt District, and by Sections Nos. 63, 55, 37, and 35, in the Upper Mungaroa Block ; East, by a line from Section No. 35, Upper Mungaroa Block, to Section No. 73, Wainuiomata District ; South- West, by land purchased by H. Sinclair, and thence by a line to the eastern boundary of Section No. 3, Lowry Bay ; and West, by the boundary of W. Fitzherbert's selections, and by Section No. 42, Hutt District, excepting Sections Nos. 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33, Wainuiomata District— will be open for purchase and selection at this office on and after Wednesday, the 27th day of September next, under the Land Regulations of the Province of Wellington.
