Healy, debt £16 10s 8d Adjourned till to-morrow. Anderson v. Kennedy, debt £8 15s 9d— Judgment for plaintiff and costs. Alexander Carnegie v. T. Ballinger, debt £13 28— WihdraWit. Pailthorpe v. Harris, debt 19s 6d—Judgment for amifeit and costs. Charles Fawn v. Welford, debt £7. 12s 6d — Judgment £7 2s 6d and costs.
